How to get an Activity Statement from IBKR
- 1Log in to your Interactive Brokers account
- 2Open Performance & Reports → Statements
- 3Select Activity Statement
- 4Select period (max 1 year at a time) and format CSV
- 5Download the file and upload it here
Positions spanning multiple years
If you bought positions earlier than the selected period, also download the statements for the previous years and upload them all at once. Without the original purchase data, those positions' return cannot be computed. For example, if you bought your first shares in 2023, load the 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 statements.
Expected format
Two columns: date and amount. A negative amount = deposit (money invested), a positive amount = withdrawal or current value.
